Do you stay in touch if you’re rejected?

• Send a thank you note to the recruiter even if you get rejected
• Send an update on your job status and life every 3-4 months (or a simple happy holidays)
• When you do, the recruiter may let you know of new opportunities at the company that fit your skills
• And I’ve seen many people get expedited through the interview process too
