You’ve probably had both in person and zoom interviews these last few years.
So let’s dive in on how to ace both.
In both you need:
In person, your body language will be more important and you’ll be able to read their facial expressions and reactions more easily.
In zoom, eye contact on the camera and your posture will be more important
You’ll want to have your computer camera be eye level with you.
In zoom, you can have your answers on your screen or next to you. BUT do not directly read these answers.
This doesn’t look genuine and you’ll lose the interest of the interviewer fast. You need to keep eye contact to read their emotions and connect.
